Preamble
These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) apply to all sales concluded on the Perles en folie website, accessible at the address www.perlesenfolie.com .
The site is published by the company Perles en folie , whose head office is located at 43 rue de la Haie coq, Paris, France.

The site sells the following products: beads, accessories and supplies for creating costume jewelry .
The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions before any order.
Article 1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer in connection with the online sale of products offered on the site. They may be modified at any time; the applicable conditions are those in effect on the date of the order.
Article 2. Products
The products offered are those which appear on the site at the time of consultation by the Customer, within the limits of available stocks.
Each item is presented with a description and a photo that is as accurate as possible. Minor variations may exist and cannot be held responsible by the Seller.
Article 3. Rates
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs.
Shipping costs are specified when confirming the order, before payment.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the price charged to the Customer is the one indicated at the time of order validation.
Article 4. Order and payment
The Customer selects their items, adds them to their basket, and can modify their order before final validation.
Payment is made online via credit card, PayPal or any other secure payment method offered on the site.
Any validated order constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
Article 5. Delivery
Deliveries are made in France and internationally via [e.g. Colissimo, Mondial Relay, etc.].
Delivery times are given as an indication (2 to 5 working days in France).
Delivery costs are displayed before order validation.
The Seller cannot be held liable in the event of a delay due to the carrier.
Article 6. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
To return a product, the Customer must send an email to contact@perlesenfolie.com specifying their order number and the reason for the return.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging . Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
A quality check will be performed. No refunds will be issued for used or damaged items.
Reimbursement will be made within 10 to 14 days of receipt of the return.
Exchanges : It is not possible to exchange a returned product directly. A new order will need to be placed.
Article 7. Personal data
The personal data collected is necessary for processing orders.
The Customer has the right to access, rectify, oppose or delete data by sending a request to: laperlesenfolie@gmail.com
The data may be used for sending commercial information, only if the Customer has consented to this.
Article 8. Obligations of the Client
The Customer undertakes to provide accurate information and not to use the site for fraudulent purposes.
Perles en folie reserves the right to suspend or remove access to the site in the event of non-compliance with these General Terms and Conditions, without prejudice to any legal recourse.
Article 9. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (texts, images, graphics, logo, products) is protected by copyright.
Any reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Article 10. Applicable law and disputes
These T&Cs are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact the Seller to find an amicable solution.
Failing this, the competent courts of Paris will have sole jurisdiction to judge.
